O Kana

There is this local fruit that is popular in Swk. It is the O kana or known as Dabai by locals. It is quite expensive bout RM10 to RM16 per kilo. It is easily found in Sibu, the prosperous agriculture area in the valley of Rejang. It easily cook. Just close it in hot water for half an hour. Then mix it with soya sauce with a bit of sugar. Man it taste very delicious. Well there is picture in my friendster for view of how it looks like. The seed can be cut into half and inside u can eat the soft leafs of its baby seedling. It taste nice.
